andrewleeslettings.co.uk is trading name of Lee Partnership (Taunton) a limited company offering a letting service to local landlords across England & Wales.
At andrewleeslettings.co.uk, we recognise that our operations impact upon the environment. We are committed to improving the environmental sustainability of our operations by reducing negative environmental impacts and enhancing positive impacts wherever reasonably practicable.
Environmental performance is audited periodically and reviewed annually by our company secretary. The responsibility for environmental management at andrewleeslettings.co.uk is placed upon all working within the firm.
andrewleeslettings.co.uk improves the environmental awareness of staff continually through training and the provision of updates and support. In accordance with our key principle of improving the environmental sustainability of our business, andrewleeslettings.co.uk
will:
- Comply with the spirit, as well as the letter, of all applicable environmental legislation, approved codes of practise and any other requirements not codified by law to which we subscribe;
- Co-operate fully and maintain open relationships with all regulatory authorities; and these commitments are achieved, wherever practicable, by:
- Minimising our contribution to climate change by reducing the use of all raw materials, energy, water and supplies;
- Preventing pollution of the environment including minimising releases to air, land and water;
- Implementing a waste management hierarchy to minimise the quality of waste produced;
- Reducing the need for business travel and otherwise encouraging the use of more sustainable forms of transport;
- Providing environmental progress and performance updates to employees.
- Ensuring that all employees, persons and organisations working on our behalf are familiar with our policy; and
- Expecting similar environmental standards from all suppliers and contractors.
andrewleeslettings.co.uk environmental committee will provide regular reports to the main board, which will review this policy annually in the light of operational experience and the monitoring of environmental actions by the firm.
